Festival of Friends 2027

By participating in the Festival of Friends, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own voluntary risk. The organizers, hosts, and any affiliated parties bear no responsibility for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unexpected occurrences before, during, or after the event. This includes situations arising from participation in any activities, whether planned or impromptu, and includes but is not limited to accidents, slips, falls, or other unforeseen events.

Any consumption of food or beverages during the event is at your personal discretion. You are fully responsible for monitoring and managing your own dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions. The organizers are not liable for any reactions or incidents, including but not limited to allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or overconsumption of alcohol. Attendees are expected to exercise personal responsibility in all such matters.

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers, event hosts, and any affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or legal actions. This includes, without limitation, those arising from personal injury, property loss, or any form of damages. This event is a fan-organized gathering and has no official affiliation with the Walt Disney World Resort or The Walt Disney Company. All Disney park visits, activities, and services fall under Disney’s own terms and conditions.

Please note that your event fee does not include Walt Disney World park admission, lodging, meals, or any other personal expenses unless explicitly stated in writing. Any and all arrangements outside of the event’s specified inclusions are the sole responsibility of each participant. Furthermore, any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and will be exclusively resolved in the courts of York County, Pennsylvania.

If you bring a minor (or minors) to the event, you acknowledge full responsibility for their safety, behavior, and well-being. Additionally, all participants are expected to carry their own personal insurance, whether for health, travel, or any related matters.

By attending, you consent to the potential use of your image or likeness in photographs or video recordings for event-related media, promotional materials, or social sharing. In addition, all participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the community atmosphere.

Lastly, a force majeure clause shall apply. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control—such as severe weather, government restrictions, or other emergencies—portions of the event may be altered or canceled. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, as funds will already have been allocated to event preparations and commitments. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you cannot hold the organizers liable for cancellations due to such events.
